Initial Consultation of 60 minutes. Lab orders placed through third party lab (can use your insurance or access lower cash pricing options). Included

Follow-Up Visit of 30 minutes, Personalized Plan management for hormones and health. Initial prescription orders placed, if needed. Dr Rice shares plan with your PCP. Specialist referrals, as needed. Included: Follow-up within 2 weeks of lab results, then every 4-6 weeks until stable on plan.

Telehealth Visit of 15 minutes. Up to (2) visits included per month, then $50 each.

Quarterly Comprehensive Plan review (at least every 3 months). Included

Personal communication access to Dr Rice via app, text, cell, email. Included

Monthly Group Meetings with Dr Rice via video chat re: relevant medical and lifestyle topics. Q&A session with members. Occasional specialist guests. Included

Monthly E-mailed Newsletter on relevant topics, learning points of the month from Dr. Rice, notice of upcoming events. Included
